How do I sign-up for a session?

The first session is a 30 min audio call and is currently available at a highly discounted price of 99/-

  1. Clicking the ‘Book now’ button will take you to a billing page where you will need to fill in a few necessary details along with the payment for the first session.
  2. You will then be contacted via text to set up an appointment time which is convenient for both the counsellor and you.
  3. After your first session you will be sent an email with further details about our membership plans. You can then choose the plan which best suits your needs.

How long will I have to wait after signing up for the first session?

Once you have made the payment, kindly wait for 24-48 hrs for one of our counsellors to contact you.

What are the qualifications of the counsellor?

  • Our policy mandates that all our counsellors have a Master’s in Clinical Psychology with duly completed supervised clinical hours, as a minimum requirement.
  • Our panel of psychologists are trained in Cognitive behavioural therapy, Rational emotive behavioural therapy, Solution-Focused brief therapy, Mindfulness based therapies, Interpersonal therapy, and Client centred therapy.

Will the information I share be kept confidential?

Any detail, no matter how trivial, that you mention during the sessions will be kept strictly confidential. Without your consent no third-party will have access to the information disclosed during your sessions. Every counsellor at Lostalittle is ethically bound to maintain confidentiality except in situations where there is risk of self-harm, harm to others or child abuse.
